Tsunami in Singapore?

Some of your classmates asked "Will Singapore get hit by Tsunami?" in class today. So here on Google today, we have a timely update - read the fine print. Tsunami Alert for various countries including our S.E.Asia neighbours like Philippines, Indonesia & apparently Malaysia too.

Now what? Does this increase the likelihood of our small island getting hit by a tsunami? Feel free to post your response here. There's no right/wrong answer & it's not graded so don't worry, just pen down your thoughts.

Meanwhile, do follow the news reports as you can see Geography is truly about studying real-life events happening around us. So start developing your Geographical Eye now!

P.S: Remember to complete your holiday assignment by next Sunday. Let's be thankful that we don't face calamities here that other countries do, so here's wishing everyone...

HAPPY HOLIDAYS!!! :)

  2. Hi Charlotte, length of video doesn't matter as long as your classmates and I can understand the formation of the rift valley. :)
